We begin by engaging in a dialogue with our customers to correctly identify their aims; this is a two way dialogue used to access the objectives that are to be addressed by the proposed solution. Only once we have all agreed to the objectives of the project we begin to formulate a strategy to meet desired results. We work in partnership with the customer in the creation of the strategies that will provide the optimum solutions to the objectives identified.
Once the main objectives have been identified and a solution has been agreed on we will review the proposed solution to identify additional benefits provided the solution. Our experience has shown us that these first steps in the consultancy process are crucial to ensuring that the project can be relied on to deliver the benefits that were originally sought. As with hardware we have found that many organizations are only using a limited number of features provided by previously purchased solutions.
